BKin Software

Being an inbound agent, make me learn so much about CRM Softwares. One CRM software i prefer to work with is BKin.

Bkin is a pioneer in offering "Software as a Service" CRM, Project Management and Content Management solutions to small and medium businesses in Spanish-speaking markets in Europe and America. For more than 10 years, B-kin has developed a unique platform to provide online services. Different communities of users share hardware, software and communication resources with the maximum degree of privacy for critical business data.

B-kin started with an idea to develop an online web based customer management application. This has proven to be very successful. The development team did not hesitate in increasing its resources, features and language availability to make the CRM software a complete working tool. As from now, customers will be able to use the application in both Spanish and English to manage their customers using the language that they prefer.

In the last couple of months, many new features have been implemented to benefit our users. One of the most important upgrades is the opening of a new data processing center in the United States which joins the already existing one in Europe. One of the examples is the future release of the B-kin CRM Mobile portal which will offers web access to users using mobile devices such as PDA or Smartphone.

* Manage and view all documents, files and discussion groups associated to the elements within CRM.
* Configure a hierarchy of products and services offered.
* Contacts and customer data importation.
* Export data to Microsoft Excel.
* Carry out simple and advanced searches on elements within CRM.
* Personalize and extend the information associated to each element within CRM to your own requirements.
* Import lists of candidates from CSV files in order to add to your listings of leads, from Excel, Outlook, Access, or other automatic applications.

My Job and My Life.

As i had been struggling 3 years getting my diploma. I finally made it to work at one of the biggest Japanese company in Tangerang. I started to work from the floor, as an inbound agent. There're many thing ive learnt being an inbound agent, and im trying my best to prove the company that my presence there bring them benefit.
